Fire Signs: Aries, Sagittarius and Leo
These highly creative signs enjoy delving into new concepts. Warm-hearted and full of life, they enjoy being the center of attention and crave the stimulation that comes from being with others. Their energy burns most brightly when they're exchanging ideas with others. They are also known to be impulsive and spontaneous. The fire signs Aries, Sagittarius and Leo are the natural leaders of the zodiac.
Air Signs: Gemini, Libra and Aquarius

Most compatibility horoscopes only deal with the sun sign characteristics since there are so many other components in any two individuals' charts, but keep in mind that many elements go into making a compatible zodiac sign connection.
If you are an earth sign:
If you are an earth sign you’ll tend to get along best with your fellow earth signs, as well as with the water signs. Fire and earth is usually not a great mix, since earth tends to dampen fire's enthusiasm. Earth and air can coexist, but the relationship may not be anything special.
If you are air sign:
Air signs get along great with other air signs, water signs and fire signs (They don't call them great communicators for nothing!). Although you do get along with the earth signs, it can be a slightly suffocating relationship.
If you are a fire sign:
Fire signs love their fellow fire signs, as well as the air signs. They also get along well with earth signs with a little extra effort. Water signs, however, tend to be too emotional, too "feely" to really a make a fire sign feel at ease. In light of this, it's best to steer clear of each other.
If you are a water sign:
Water signs get along well with other water signs, air signs and earth signs. Fire and water, unfortunately, don't mix.
